Gentle chemical peels for both sexes, specifically designed to handle the sensitive skin in your most intimate areas – excellent for reducing discolouration, diminishing the classic signs of ageing and improving overall skin texture.
“Chemical peels for cosmetic gynaecology are a generally very safe way to address the intimate but often barely discussed skin disorders that often play a huge part in undermining one’s confidence and pleasure.”
Chemical Peels involve applying an acid-based liquid solution to the skin to sweep away its top layers, kick-starting the regenerative healing process. Smoother skin emerges, delivering a radiant look of natural vitality. With different peels suited to different types of skin and body areas, they can be superb for improving skin texture and reducing darkness around the outer labia and anal areas – countering problems like folliculitis (inflamed hair follicles) and skin pigmentation in and around the bikini area, and hyperpigmentation exacerbated by the menopause.
PRX-T Lady:
The PRX-T Lady peel, which is actually suited for both sexes, is a topical bio-revitalisation product designed for rejuvenation and lightening of external intimate areas and for the body, such as the labia, vulvovaginal area, groin and perineum, as well as the armpits and breast areola. Ideal for diminishing the signs of ageing and hyperpigmentation, it combines three key components: hydrogen peroxide, which helps protect skin tissue and carries the TCA to lower layers of the skin, enhancing the effectiveness of growth and repair at a cellular level; trichloroacetic acid; and fungi-based melanin-inhibiting kojic acid. Painlessly applied, the effects are immediately visible.
The PRX-T Lady peel best works best as a course of three to five treatments.
Dermamelan Intimate:
Dermamelan Intimate peel is a topical treatment applied directly to the skin that is used to lighten intimate areas while simultaneously serving as an intense correcting and regulatory agent for blemishes. The latter means that not only does it correct by removing the pigment that accumulates in the skin, but it also regulates the issue by controlling the overproduction of pigment in order to keep it from reappearing. It’s ideal for use on the perineal zone, the mons pubis (the rounded mass of fatty tissue that lies over the pubic bones), inner thighs and groin.
This treatment generally combines one session (no course required) in a doctor’s office, with a follow-up in-home cosmetic treatment.
The effects typically last for six months to a year.
While the intimate chemical peel treatments don’t involve any post-treatment recovery or downtime, we do advise avoiding strenuous physical activities or exercise for at least 12 hours, and it’s best to wear loose fitting clothes for a day.
Our Intimate Filler treatments are ideal for women looking to restore tone, plumpness, hydration, elasticity and sensitivity to increase sexual satisfaction.

Discomfort during chemical peels depends on the type and intensity of the peel used. This can equate to a momentary mild tingling feeling or something marginally more intense, but these sensations typically subside quickly.
With all peels, you’ll see an improvement in the texture of the skin within days, but – depending on the peel type – it may take up to two weeks for the full impact of the treatment to be entirely visible. For superficial peels such as the PRX-T33 Lady, you’ll need a course of treatment for the best results.
Adverse effects can include more shedding than anticipated and hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation (patches of skin that are either darker or lighter than your overall skin tone).
Preparatory skincare is not necessary for the intimate peels; however, you will be given products to use post-peel which are an essential part of the treatment to use. Aftercare also depends on the individual’s skin and the peel used, but, but all peels are far more effective if you commit to a strong skincare regimen.
