The TLC Rosacea SOS Facial is an essential lifeline in combating the common problem of rosacea (now estimated to affect as many as 5% of people globally). Several of our smart skincare facials can satisfyingly counter this most stubborn and sensitive of genetic predispositions, all with the utmost safety. Notably, these facials are also great for anyone, particularly young women, struggling with perioral dermatitis (eruptions of small pustules, or pink scaly patches, or red rashes around the mouth).

The foundation of every TLC Rosacea SOS facial (performed in varying sequences, depending on your skin condition and goals) is a deep cleanse, an exfoliating enzymatic peel tailored to your skin type and condition, and lymphatic drainage alongside a gentle mask.
Next, depending on your skin, we’ll use one or two key components from the five-pronged Préime DermaFacial toolkit: the AquaB ‘hydrofacial’, which cleanses, exfoliates and refreshes the skin with an infusion of nourishing active ingredients and/or the VibroX, a bespoke microdermabrasion tool including a basic ‘no needles’ carboxytherapy style treatment, where CO2 bubbles are suffused into the skin via a gel to stimulate blood circulation.
You’ll also enjoy a healing dose of LED light therapy (we use the Korean hospital grade system, Lem Light), potentially amplified by Lumixa – a unique photodynamic serum-gel that reduces inflammation and stimulates collagen production, enhancing skin regeneration.

Soothing cold lasers, also known as Lower-Level Light Therapy (LLLT), are used to pack a serious bio-stimulating and anti-inflammatory punch without the heat damage of ‘hot’ lasers – making it particularly ideal for people dealing with redness or inflammation, such as rosacea or acne.
A great all-round treatment, the lightest touch laser therapy ClearSilk is a supercharged skin-booster we use to address fine lines, wrinkles, redness, light scarring, pigmentation issues and rosacea, while offering superb general levels of revitalisation.
Exosomes (the tiny growth-factor-containing sacks generated by animal or plant cells capable of supercharging skin regeneration and hair growth) can be administered via the tiny ruptures made by microneedling to ensure they penetrate deeply. Often dubbed minor miracle workers, the hyper-healing powers of exosomes (ours come from renowned Korean manufacturer ExCoBio) make them excellently suited to treating problems like sun damage, fine lines and rosacea, while enlivening lacklustre skin.
Here, we use a tailored combination of the Sciton JOULE® lasers which don’t require downtime or numbing to heal acne-troubled skin. These include the redness-blasting BBL® HERO™; the light touch skin-booster ClearSilk; and the zone-targeting, vascular condition-relieving ClearV.
